Southeast Wisconsin weather: Maybe more storms

Temperatures skyrocketed early today before the storms hit. The heat index in Milwaukee reached 107. The storms cooled us off from the triple-digit heat, but it's still going to be very warm and muggy through this evening. There is also a chance more storms will redevelop later tonight but with a lower severe threat than earlier today.

It's definitely going to feel a lot better than the last couple of days, but humidity will linger the rest of the work week. Another front brings another potential round of storms Thursday night and into early Friday. The upcoming Labor Day weekend is looking pretty good.
