The Bats switched pitchers from starter Lyon Richardson to Evan Kravetz in the bottom of the seventh, and Spencer Torkelson greeted him with his fourth home run during his time with the Hens that extended their lead to 2-0.

Richardson (1-5) took the loss for Louisville, allowing a run on one hit with six strikeouts over his six innings.

For the Mud Hens on offense, Navigato finished 1 for 3 with a walk and a run scored.
