Where to Pre-order Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom

After the excitement of the June 2024 Nintendo Direct, all eyes were on the upcoming release of The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom on the Nintendo Switch. For the first time in the franchise, the titular Zelda, herself, will be starring front and center for this new addition to an iconic IP that needs no introduction. Players' excitement for Echoes of Wisdom has only increased in recent weeks, as more and more information about the game and its pre-order comes to light.

In Echoes of Wisdom, Zelda sets out to save the kingdom of Hyrule. Its people are being taken by strange rifts and without the help of a well-known hero, she must take it upon herself to discover what’s behind these abductions and put an end to it. Guaranteeing an epic adventure full of dangers, new allies, beautiful locations, and diverse regions, Echoes of Wisdom is poised to spark even more love for such a beloved franchise than previous offerings. Adding even more to the ever-expanding world created by Nintendo nearly four decades ago.

Pre-Order and Bonuses

Over the last few weeks, official announcements from retailers about Echoes of Wisdom’s pre-order information have been released. With the game’s official launch date set for September 26, 2024, time is running out to secure your early copy. The regular retail price is set to USD 59.99 (CAD 79.99, GBP49.99), and depending on which retailer you purchase from, the following bonus will be included.

• Gamestop: A fabric poster that features Zelda, with a wand held high and her sidekick, Tri, at her side. The only caveat is that to receive this bonus, players must pick up the game in-store.
• Best Buy: An acrylic stand in a diorama-style configuration, featuring the same image but with the addition of an Octorok with the game’s cover art proudly displayed behind them.
• Nintendo Store UK: A metal epoxy keyring featuring Princess Zelda. For a few Euros more, players can pick up a two-item deal that also includes a 24-inch (60 cm) wall scroll.

Aside from the game itself, Nintendo also announced the release of a new version of their eponymous Switch handheld, the Hyrule Switch Light, that boasts a beautiful design inspired by the inspiring kingdom that Zelda intends to save and adorned with Hylian Crest on its back. The bonus offered for the preorder of this new edition to their console designs includes Nintendo Switch Online and an expansion pack. The regular retail price for the Hyrule Switch Light runs USD 209.99 (CAD 274.99, GBP 209.99.) The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom has an ESRB rating of E, for everyone.
