With the first week of August ending, here are Friday’s MLB DFS pools to start the weekend’s fantasy fun. This Friday’s 16-game slate for fantasy pools should end this week fantasy’s pools. August is getting hot with baseball action, and players could get cash prizes.
One of Friday’s feature games for today’s MLB DFS pools will be the Seattle Mariners hosting the New York Mets. Another game for fantasy players is the Philadephia Phillies and Arizona Diamondbacks. Another hot weekend is coming, with this Friday’s fiery fantasy weekend coming during the height of the MLB season.
The Mets are getting hot during the dog days of August, and Vientos could have a strong game. Fantasy players could have a multi-hit game from Vientos for a fantasy win tonight.

One of the players who should be in tonight’s MLB DFS lineups tonight is Juan Soto of the Yankees. In the loss against the Angels last night, Soto went 1-4 with a sacrifice RBI.
While the Yankees are strong on paper, they have been getting sluggish. Soto has been struggling right now and fantasy should avoid him. Having only two hits in his last two games could start a cold streak.

Another player that should be in fantasy benches tonight is Jonathan India of the Reds. During the win against the Marlins last night, India went 2-4 with two strikeouts. While India is having a decent season for the Reds, he could struggle tonight.
The Brewers have a strong pitching staff and could easily determine India’s weaknesses. Fantasy players should avoid the Reds star until he is free from Milwaukee.
C Wilson Contreras, St. Louis Cardinals at. Kansas City Royals ($5,200 – DraftKings/2,700-Fanduel)
The last player to bench for MLB DFS fantasy pool lineups tonight is Wilson Contreras of the Cardinals. During a crushing loss against the Tampa Bay Rays, Contreras went 0-4 with a run and a strikeout.
The Cardinals have been struggling since the All-Star break, and Contreras could have a hard night. Fantasy players could see a multi-strikeout game from Contreras tonight against a hot Royals team.
