I think I have enough experience to say, ‘Mate, don’t worry. It’s on the team. Keep doing a good job, Stella reassured.

That is why, despite the 78-point difference in the drivers’ championship between Norris and Verstappen, he stressed that neither Norris nor McLaren would be afraid. He applauded Norris for his good performances that have placed him in good standing for the title. Stella mentioned that

He can win world championships. That’s a statement in capital letters, Stella declared. And definitely Lando is not in this position because somebody helped him. Lando is in this position because he performs very strongly.
