New Characters in One Piece Season 2
At the end of the first season of One Piece Live Action, fans were introduced to the East Blue as they continued to search for the treasure, the One Piece. The fandom speculates that these straw hat pirates will continue to make more powerful foes and friends in season 2, including Chopper, the intelligent reindeer who becomes the crew's doctor. As of right now, no one knows who will play the hot-tempered reindeer with a dark past. Season two will explore further into the Straw Hat Pirates' motivations and goals through consistent trials and tribulations. One of those obstacles is suspected to be a recurring villain in One Piece, Smoker, played by Callum Kerr.
Another character fans are excited to see in live-action is Dr. Kureha. Katey Sagal, known for the show Sons of Anarchy, has accepted the role of the doctor and will commit to the source material while giving her performance in season 2. Originally Jamie Lee Curtis was going to take on the role; however, due to scheduling conflicts, she ultimately had to pass. Meanwhile, Mark Mark Harelik has been cast in One Piece season 2 as Dr. Hiriluk.
