It has taken three calls and as many weeks to get action on a single code violation complaint. Is there any penalty for people who continue to place garage sale signs and advertising signs on telephone poles, etc.? Is the general public permitted to remove those illegally placed signs without penalty? Does code enforcement remove those signs without first receiving a complaint call?
