Local travelers can now experience unimpeded travel on KY 57 in Lewis County as the roadway is clear from the previous incident. Earlier, traffic was flagged near Burtonville Road (KY 1237) north of the Fleming line due to a lumber spill from a truck. The affected portion of the road required caution and was expected to take 2-3 hours to clear. The latest update confirms that all the lumber has been removed and normal traffic flow has resumed.
