The Paulinskill Viaduct is a reinforced concrete railroad bridge that crosses the Paulins Kill in Knowlton Township. It was built back in 1910 and at the time, it was the largest reinforced concrete structure in the world.

in 1979, changes in infrastructure and transportation rendered the bridge obsolete, leading to its eventual abandonment. Left to the mercy of the elements, the once-thriving thoroughfare now stands as a silent relic, slowly being reclaimed by nature.

For urban explorers and photographers, the abandoned bridge offers a captivating subject for their lens. The contrast between the decaying infrastructure and the surrounding natural landscape creates a hauntingly beautiful backdrop, evoking a sense of nostalgia and intrigue.
