This Little Hole-in-the-Wall Restaurant Serves the Largest Breakfast Plates in all of Michigan

Ash's Coffee Cup is located in Lake City in northern Michigan. This no-frills eatery is somewhat of a hidden gem and doesn't look like much from the outside. However, once you take a look at this menu you'll quickly realize this breakfast spot is anything but ordinary.

As you peruse the menu, you’ll notice there is a wide range of breakfast favorites offered here from french toast covered in whipped cream and powdered sugar to delicious lattes topped with caramel and chocolate syrup.

The cafe also specializes in egg dishes like their oversized Porker Omelette which is 5 eggs covered in ham, bacon, and sausage, stuffed with cheese and hash browns and then topped with homemade sausage gravy.
