Welcome to General Picketts. This rustic restaurant is located out in Adams County in the city of Gettysburg.

You may remember the old General Picketts Buffet as a relaxed and cozy spot complete with old-fashioned leather booths, wallpaper, and vintage photograph-lined walls. The restaurant opened in 1992 and soon became a popular community staple known for its delicious comfort food buffet, souvenir shop, and Civil War exhibit.

And while the restaurant is moving to a new location at 75 Cunningham Road in Gettysburg, we can still expect the same quality food and exceptional customer service.

The restaurant offers an abundant lunch and dinner buffet. For starters, you can expect a full salad bar, homemade soups, and freshly baked buttered bread rolls.

Buffet items vary depending on the day you visit but you can always expect a plethora of delicious hot plates from crispy fried chicken and BBQ pork spareribs to spicy seafood creole and southern-fried tilapia.
