I think this is operated out of a ghost kitchen in the Dawsonville, Ga area because we can't find an actual brick and mortar establishment for this restaurant, though apparently, there are physical locations in the Atlanta area. It pops up on Uber Eats for our location, so we decided to give it a try. I'm so glad we did. We love standard Chinese American comfort food like most do, but what we love more is the traditional Asian food that is slowly making its way into the North Georgia food scene. Up until recently, we had to go to Lawrenceville or Atlanta to get authentic bao or really anything authentically Asian food-wise. Don't get me wrong; there are a lot of really great Asian restaurants around here, but none that actually served bao or featured it as a speciality.
