RPD suspect alcohol a factor in three-car collision
By Laura Austin News Review Staff Writer– On July 18, at 5:55 PM, The Ridgecrest Police Department (RPD), Kern County Fire Department, and Liberty Ambulance were dispatched to a report of a three-car collision at the North China Lake Blvd. and West Reeves Avenue intersection. RPD officers arrived on the scene to find a multi-vehicle collision with injuries.
Ridgecrest police seek help finding 16-year-old boy, last seen near Highway 178
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Ridgecrest Police Department and San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department-Trona Station are looking for help in finding a 16-year-old boy. Ridgecrest police said Bradley Legg was last known to be walking from Trona to Ridgecrest and was last seen near Highway 178 and Trona Road.
