VCU Women’s Track & Field: Academic Honors & Athletic Achievements Galore
RICHMOND, Va. – The VCU Women’s Track & Field program was named an All-Academic Team by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) last week, while five Rams earned additional honors. The USTFCCCA bestows the honor on teams that post a 3.0 grade-point-average (on a 4.0 scale) or better. It’s the ninth time in a decade the VCU Women’s Track & Field program has claimed the USTFCCCA academic citation under Head Coach Jon Riley .
