    LIVE UPDATES: Crews clear damage from Tucson streets after Tuesday storm

    Monsoon activity has mostly diminished across the metro area, though not without leaving some damage in its path.

    Craig Smith is reporting from Grant Road just east of Oracle where city crews work to clear a downed palo verde tree from traffic lanes:

    At this time, may of the outages on TEP's outage map appear to have been cleared, though some customers on the northside may still be waiting to have service restored.

    UPDATED 4:45 p.m.

    Tucson Electric Power is showing around 3000 customers, primarily in Midtown, currently without power. Some are due to downed power lines, according to the TEP outage map.

    The National Weather Service Tucson has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for much of the Tucson metro area, including Casas Adobes and the Catalina Foothills until 4:45 p.m.

    A Flash Flood Warning is also in place for much of Southwest Tucson until 7 p.m.
