Do the owners of The Herald not see its value to community?
As a child of a Herald reporter, I was always surrounded by newspapers and books. I was taught the importance of being informed; of listening to and understanding all sides of an issue or story. She smoked eight of them that day, using a straw to consume the smoke while burning the pills on foil with a butane lighter. She reported smoking a few more the next day.
