TULSA, Okla. — A man was struck and killed by a train near Pine and Highway 169 in Tulsa last Monday.

FOX23 spoke with his sister, Marsha Neatherlin. She wants people to remember her brother, Gene Don McIntosh Jr.

“If my brother has ever touched your lives in any way, shape or form, he really meant it,” Neatherlin said. “He could make anyone laugh.”

    McIntosh participated in multiple activities.

"He loved video games. He was in mixed martial arts, and he would like show people little things. He was the glow," Neatherlin added.

Neatherlin said her brother was a loving family man.

“He loved his daughters, sons and grandchildren very much,” Neatherlin said. “He tried to stand on his own two feet without asking anybody for help, and he would walk to and from work.”

She said his life was cut too short. He was just 48-years-old.

“You never know if that might be your last time you ever see or hear from them again,” Neatherlin said.

The family has set up a GoFundMe to help with funeral expenses. If you would like to donate, click here .
