Cranberry man killed in Pittsburgh crash
Cranberry Township resident Aiden Tanner, 19, died in a motorcycle crash on Route 51 in Pittsburgh on Friday evening, July 19. Suspect rips business off for $13,000
Selinsgrove, Pa. — An unknown suspect used a credit card with insufficient funds to pay for $13,000 of building products, police say. Around June 26, the suspect called Kohl Building Products in Penn Township and ordered building products including roof shingles, according to Trp. Derek Gill of state police at Selinsgrove. The sales representative took the order over the phone along with a credit card number provided by the suspect. The suspect then promptly went to the business to pick up the products. A short time later, representatives at the business found that the credit card transaction was denied for insufficient funds. Anyone with information may contact PSP Selinsgrove at 570-374-8145.
