Alabama graduated its top two leading rushers from last season but returns a trio of running backs with experience for the Crimson Tide last season. Sophomore Justin Haynes led Alabama in yards per carry (6.7) last season, making the most of his 25 carries. He earned the team's trust in the biggest games as well, rushing for 31 yards on four carries (7.8 yards per rush) against Michigan in the College Football Playoffs while gaining at least eight yards on three of the four carries.
