Unanswered questions remain after shooting of off-duty Safe Streets violence interrupter
BALTIMORE (WBFF) — More than one week after an off-duty Safe Streets employee was shot, there remain several unanswered questions about the case. The victim was shot just before 10 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 10, 2024, along the 1300 block of N. Carey Street in the Western Police District. The shooting took place within the Sandtown Winchester Safe Streets catchment zone, and less than a half mile away from the Safe Streets site itself.
