PaleyFest NY: Outlander 10-Year Celebration, Daryl Dixon: Book of Carol Among October Panels

A celebration of the Outlander TV series’ 10-year anniversary (which actually falls this Friday, Aug. 9) is among the panels on tap for this fall’s PaleyFest NY television festival.

The Paley Center for Media announced on Tuesday that Outlander : The 10th Anniversary Celebration (Season 7B arrives Nov. 22 on Starz), Somebody Somewhere (Season 3 is due out on HBO/Max this year) and The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol (premiering Sept. 29 on AMC/AMC+) are the first programs locked in for PaleyFest NY 2024, which will be held Oct. 16-22 at The Paley Museum in Midtown Manhattan.

The full schedule of programs and panelist details will be announced on Monday, Sept. 9 (last year’s PaleyFest NY wound up announcing seven total panels).

“ Outlander , Somebody Somewhere and The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol each represent excellence in television, and we are thrilled to reveal these stellar programs as the first announced program selections for this year’s PaleyFest NY,” Paley Center for Media president Maureen J. Reidy said in a statement. “We look forward to welcoming television fans to The Paley Museum this October, and we extend our tremendous thanks to Citi for their continued support of PaleyFest NY.”

Citi cardmembers and Paley Members will receive presale access to tickets starting Tuesday, Sept. 10; the general public can purchase tickets as of Friday, Sept. 13 at noon ET.
