Also, in the penultimate sequence, how did Wolf know to enter the car when he did and to apprehend Melanie, whose authority in Wilford’s absence had just moments ago been recognized? ▼

3 | Isn’t there a not-so-fine line between Industry’ s Rishi deciding he’s going to do what he wants with the pavilion, and completely trashing the place — old timey photos included?

6 | Is anyone having more fun on television this year than Richard Kind , who, in addition to serving as announcer/sidekick on Netflix’s John Mulaney Presents: Everybody’s in LA , has guest-starred as 1) a washed-up Broadway producer on NBC’s Night Court , 2) a possessed judge on Paramount+’s Evil , 3) a heightened version of himself on Netflix’s Girls5eva and 4) an Arconia resident with antibiotic-resistant pink eye on Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building ? (We’re truly living through a Kind-aissance!)

7 | So about that Bachelorette finale: Aside from how badly the producers treated poor Jenn ( which we’ve spoken about at length ), can they also cool it with all the picture-in-picture reaction shots? ▼ Do we really need to see how some random studio audience member feels about Marcus meeting Jenn’s parents? Don’t you kind of feel like you’re not ready to hop right into The Golden Bachelorette in a couple weeks, after how messy this one got? And can we assume that, as long as Jenn shows even a modicum of talent on Dancing With the Stars this season, that she’s a shoo-in for the finale based on voter support/sympathy?
