SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - A fifth-grade boy from Goshen is set to run the bases at Friday’s South Bend Cubs game as part of their “Home Run for Life” program with Beacon Children’s Hospital. Braxton Miller is a warrior. He is the typical 11-year-old boy who loves to play sports. “Braxton is a very energetic 11-year-old. He loves baseball, basketball, all kinds of sports. He likes Notre Dame, Notre Dame teams,” said Paivi Hiltunen-Miller, Braxton’s mother.
