The Battle Mountain Complex started as a series of lightning fires on Wednesday, July 17th, 2024, near Ukiah, Oregon. The complex total is 162,389 acres and 7% containment. Below is a list of up to date information on both fires.

NF Owen Fire Acreage: 4,484

NF Owen Fire Containment: 90%

Monkey Creek Acreage: 154,970

Monkey Creek Fire Containment: 5%
