BAKER CITY – Baker City residents can expect additional street closures in July for both the Miners Jubilee Parade and Shriners Parade. Miners Jubilee is scheduled for July 20, 10:00am—1:30pm. Authorities have captured Steven Craig Johnson, who escaped from an Oregon state prison nearly 30 years ago and assumed the identity of a deceased child.
