A Homosassa couple, who were only identified as Justin (28) and Alysha (30), were arrested late one evening in Polk County after being caught driving a stolen Chevy Cavalier, according to the Polk County Sheriff's Office. The couple, both repeat offenders, were stopped by deputies at the northernmost intersection of Polk County, near the Lake County border on Commonwealth Avenue.

During the traffic stop, deputies discovered methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. The post states that Alysha had concealed her meth in her bra, while Justin hid his in what the Sheriff's Office described as his "keister crevice."

Both individuals were taken to the Polk County Jail and face charges of motor vehicle theft, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The stolen vehicle was returned to its rightful owner, while Justin and Alysha were placed back behind bars.

This marks Justin’s fourth time in Florida prison, with previous incarcerations between 2016 and 2023. Alysha has also been to prison four times, most recently in 2024.
