HUBBARD TOWNSHIP, Ohio (KDKA) -- More than two dozen dogs were rescued from deplorable conditions at a home in Ohio, an animal shelter said.The Animal Welfare League of Trumbull County said the 26 dogs and their elderly owner were found living in "deplorable conditions." Witt sentenced for possession of drugs
GREENVILLE — A Versailles male was sentenced on the original charge of aggravated possession of drugs. Judge Travis L. Fliehman presided. Kyron J. Witt, 24, of Versailles, was sentenced after his In Lieu of Conviction on the original charge of possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree was deemed unsuccessful due to a probation violation and driving under the influence of alcohol/drug allegations. Witt originally pleaded guilty in 2022. He had no prior felonies, nor prior records, only had a DUI and was granted ILC with the notion he would not violate the terms of the agreement. His defense attorney David Rohrer advised the court that this case fits the mold for a community control sanction sentence.
