12 shot, 1 killed over weekend in Cleveland; no suspects named at this time
CLEVELAND — Statistics show crime is down in Cleveland this year compared to last, but unfortunately, that didn't stop this past weekend from turning especially violent. According to the Cleveland Division of Police, 12 people were shot in seven separate conflicts beginning late Friday night into early Monday morning. The incidents included the death of an 18-year-old man, a pair of triple shootings, and the injury of a 12-year-old girl.
