18 July 2024- A woman who was, at the time, a nurse at WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital is facing charges from the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General following the death of a patient and questions being raised about morphine amounts. Sara Rae Miller has been charged with three misdemeanor counts of furnishing false/fraudulent material information. She is being served a summons for this case and has not been arraigned.
