Franklin County Man Charged with Felony Animal Cruelty After Injuring Kitten
In a disturbing incident in Franklin County, 75-year-old Robert Clem of Greencastle is facing serious charges after severely injuring his girlfriend’s kitten. According to State Police at Chambersburg, Clem became frustrated with the kitten and kicked it while demanding it to get out of his way. The attack occurred inside a residence on the 14000 block of Mercersburg Road.
