Kentucky Basketball has strong NIL support, according to college coaches
In July 2021, Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) became legal in the NCAA, allowing athletes to finally get paid while playing in college. When it became part of the NCAA, the Kentucky Wildcats were a bit slow to react and get on NIL due to not having many rules or restrictions, which is still a point today. Nevertheless, Kentucky finally started to get more into NIL, and that has helped by continuing to have great recruiting classes in football and basketball.

NKY police department launches full-time community relations program to help build trust
COVINGTON, Ky. (WKRC) - A local police department is taking a different approach to reducing violent crime and improving police-community relations. Elizabethtown school member resigns after early morning ‘situation’, the district says
ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (WAVE) - Elizabethtown Independent School District says one of their staff members was removed Tuesday morning right before the start of school. All that was announced on their Facebook page was that a middle school administrator noticed a “situation” with a staff member.
