Bowen Center opened a new crisis receiving and stabilizing center last week, focusing on the gap between outpatient and inpatient services for mental health crises. Eleven-year-old Norah Kuhn is using her musical talents to help raise money for local families trying to adopt. Norah’s parents, Phil and Melissa Kuhn, are the founders of Legacy Of Blessings Adoption Foundation.
