A traveler recently lost her cool with Frontier Airlines staff in Chicago, throwing a computer monitor after a heated exchange that was all captured on video.
The 31-year-old woman's tantrum happened at Frontier's ticketing counter at O'Hare International Airport on July 30. Video shows the woman going behind the ticketing desk, arguing and reaching for Frontier employees before she hurls the computer.
TikTok user Cindy Halasova, who captured the brawl on video, said that the woman was upset because she was late, missing her flight out of Chicago. The video, initially posted to TikTok , was removed for capturing "violent and graphic content."
The video has since made the rounds on social media, appearing on X on Aug. 4. The reposted video has garnered 50,000 views and hundreds of comments from people expressing shock and disappointment
"Welp! That’ll get her and her family on the no fly list.. What is wrong with people?" one user wrote.
Frontier Airlines declined to comment on the incident, deferring all inquiries to Chicago police.

The disgruntled woman is seen approaching Frontier employees and jumping over a baggage scale and behind the counter. She is seen yelling and gesturing, trying to get closer to the Frontier employees headed for the back room.

The woman decided to throw a number of items, including two computer monitors and cell phone, to the ground in a fit of rage. She continued to yell and throw expletives at the Frontier employees over the course of the interaction.
The woman eventually jumps back to the other side of the baggage conveyor belt but continued to reproach employees.

Frontier Airlines brawl 'under investigation,' Chicago police says
The Chicago Police Department confirmed to USA TODAY on Wednesday that an altercation occurred at a Chicago airport between three women around 7:45 a.m. on July 30.
A 24-year-old woman and a 40-year-old woman were injured following the fight with an unidentified 31-year-old woman. The 40-year-old was struck by a flying cellphone, while the 24-year-old was hit on the leg by the woman.
The 31-year-old woman, according to police, fled the area. There are currently "no offenders" in custody, but the incident is still under investigation, police said.
