Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes is proudly bringing a TV to training camp this year

The release of EA Sports’ College Football 25 has taken the sports gaming world by storm. It is the first new release of such a game in over a decade. The game is also on Patrick Mahomes’s mind as he enters his eighth training camp with the Chiefs, and he explained to reporters on Tuesday that he’s changing his routine to compensate this year.

“This is my first year; I’m bringing a TV,” said Mahomes. “I haven’t brought a TV ever before, but NCAA (EA Sports’ College Football 25) came out, I’m gonna have to turn it on. I brought a TV for NCAA and the Olympics.”

The Olympics will also be underway while Mahomes and the Chiefs are in camp, so there will be global attention. The focus is on a three-peat, but it doesn’t hurt to have stress-free options during the long days of camp.
