Video: UFC 305 cold open features the bad-blood buildup of Dricus Du Plessis vs. Israel Adesanya

The UFC returns to Australia on Saturday with a superstar atop the lineup in an attempt to become a three-time champion.

Friday, the UFC released the UFC 305 cold open video. The card features a middleweight title fight between champion Dricus Du Plessis (21-2 MMA, 7-0 UFC) and two-time former champ Israel Adesanya (24-3 MMA, 13-3 UFC).

The video, with actor and regular UFC voice-over narrator Ron Perlman and a backdrop soundtrack of “Thunder and Lightning” by Vo Williams (the Tampa Bay Lightning’s official intro music), also looks at the co-main event for the UFC’s third visit to Perth in six years.
