Woman Charged After Toddler Overdoses On Drugs
A Hopkinsville woman was charged with criminal abuse after an investigation into symptoms her child had at the hospital Saturday night. Hopkinsville Police say a 20-month-old child was brought to the hospital with symptoms of an overdose and after running tests the child was found to have cocaine in his system, the mother 25-year-old Jasmine Bartolo was taken into custody.
