Milford's newly repaired pool at Fino Field will be open daily starting July 8
MILFORD — A new and improved pool at Fino Field is set to open next week, after being closed the past two summers to accommodate needed repairs. The pool, which has been a part of Milford for more than six decades, had been closed since 2021 so that the town could make significant repairs. The pool was closed in 2020 due to COVID-19, but reopened for the 2021 season. The pool was then closed during the past two summers to accommodate the repairs.

Milford’s Fourth of July Parade at 10am Thursday, Fireworks Friday Night
By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Milford’s Annual Fourth of July Parade begins at 10am on Thursday morning on Veterans Memorial Drive near the corner of Routes 16 and 109 and marches through downtown all the way to Draper Memorial Park. Celebrate with local marching bands, dance troops, teams, scouts, military groups, and local businesses. But Milford’s fireworks are not until Friday night. They are part of a celebration put on by the Milford Lions starting at 6pm at Plains Park with music and food and fireworks at dark.
