Westborough, MA Colliers has negotiated a lease for Bohler Engineering offices. Bohler Engineering, a land development consulting and site design service provider, will now occupy 20,000 s/f of space for its regional headquarters. A Colliers team led by executive vice president Steve Woelfel and senior vice president Kevin Brawley represented the tenant in the deal. Board approves addition at High Rocks
NORTH SMITHFIELD/BLACKSTONE, Mass. – The plan to construct more condo units adjacent to High Rocks Condominiums at 1 Tupperware Drive is moving forward. The North Smithfield Planning Board voted unanimously on July 11 to approve the master plan for an additional four three-bedroom units to be built just south of the Blackstone-North Smithfield line. The site is located at the end of Butler Street, southeast of the existing High Rocks condos and west of the Blackstone River.
