The annual ride was the 51st RAGBRAI (Registered Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa). Other than some side trips along the way, the route is 424 miles ridden over seven days, July 2127 from the Missouri river to the Mississippi river. It start ed in Glenwood and finished in Burlington, Iowa The group rented a motor home which Sheri drove as a support vehicle and sleeping quarters for the trio. As luck would have it, the air conditioner did not work so it really did not provide deluxe accommodations. Bobbi Jo said, "It was more like tent with a working bathroom." Temperatures for the week were from 60's at night and 90's in the day with high humidity.
