Charles City man now facing federal prosecution for a gun crime
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – A Floyd County man who allegedly threatened to kill someone is now facing federal prosecution. Dashaune Terrell Burns-Johnson, 31 of Charles City, was charged in Floyd County District Court with going armed with intent, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of dangerous weapons under the influence, and unlawful possession of a prescription drug.
