Starting August 13, 2024, this exciting pop-up in Uptown Chicago will serve up a mouthwatering array of indulgent dishes featuring Impossible’s award-winning plant-based beef, chicken, and pork.

Classic Comfort Foods, Reinvented

Located inside the bustling XMarket Food Hall, Impossible Quality Meats promises to deliver all your favorite comfort foods with a plant-based twist. From breakfast to dinner, diners can dive into craveable classics like the Impossible Breakfast Sausage Sandwich, Impossible Nachos, and the fan-favorite Impossible Burger. Each dish is crafted to satisfy even the most discerning meat lovers—because choosing plant-based should never mean compromising on taste.

This pop-up marks a significant step in Impossible Foods’ journey, furthering its mission to make plant-based eating accessible and delicious for everyone.
