Have You Experienced the Trendy Vibe at Juniper Bar and Restaurant?

My recent visit to Juniper Bar and Restaurant, nestled in the heart of Hotel Vermont, was a delightful experience. I decided to try the Beef Loin Steak for two, which came with a side of salad and biscuit. The beef was tender and the mushrooms and cheese on bread were a delightful surprise. The carrots added a nice touch to the meal. However, the addition of food tax and liquor tax to the bill was a bit confusing.

The restaurant had a warm, trendy, and hip vibe, making it a perfect spot for a special night out. The menu might seem limited, but the quality of the food makes up for it. The drink menu, on the other hand, was quite extensive. They even have their own private label gin, a barrel selection of Tom Cat from Barr Hill, which is a must-try for those who enjoy a stronger kick.

The service was excellent, from the server to the bartender. The stylish room, filled with healthy plants, created a relaxed atmosphere. The lighting might be a bit harsh for some, but it does make the food look more appealing. Despite the minor hiccups, Juniper Bar and Restaurant is well worth a try. Just remember to take your leftovers home!
