The Summit Utility District No. 2 has completed a public advertisement for bids with the intent to award a contract to one contractor for sewer cleaning and televising and wetwell cleaning services with an estimated total cost of $7,906. This notice is given pursuant to Section 62.15(1) Wisconsin Statutes, which provides that if the estimated cost of any public construction exceeds $5,000 but is not greater than $25,000, a Class I notice of the proposed construction shall be published before the contract for the construction is executed. The contract will not be executed until one week following publication of this notice.
