Utica man accused of stabbing couch
UTICA — A 31-year-old man is accused of threatening people by repeatedly stabbing a couch very early Saturday morning, according to the Utica Police Department. Police said Kevin Monroe returned home drunk to the 2100 block of Erie Street shortly before 1 a.m. Saturday. Police said Monroe got into an argument with another person at the residence, then pulled out a knife and started stabbing the couch the other person was sitting on.
