MIDDLEBROOK, Va. (WHSV) - Quick bursts of rain and wind caused damages ranging from debris in the roads to an entire tree collapsing on top of a family’s home on July 16. As reported here, a wall of storms tore through parts of the Shenandoah Valley and left other parts dry. Many families watched from their homes as tree limbs fell onto the roadways and toppled onto power lines.
