Stormy week ahead, with heavy rain and flooding potential

What we are tracking:

Increasingly unstable atmosphere will lead too a very wet week ahead. Texas is caught between high pressure to our west, another high pressure cell near the east coast, a weak low pressure trof caught between the two high  pressure cells over Texas will lead to high rain chances for most of the week. heavy rain potential possible through the week. This is combination with a weak stationary front over south Texas, will keep rain chances alive all week. Stay weather aware. Flooding looks to be the real threat.

A Closer Look:

Heavy rainfall possible for most of the workweek, as a weak front and low pressure aloft will provide high rain chances through the week.  Cloudy skies will help to keep temperatures lower than normal. 5" plus totals likely by the end of the week.
