Three Wrigley rooftop buildings to be torn down after City Council approval
Three famous Wrigley rooftop buildings are set to be torn down after Chicago's City Council approved a rezoning plan for an area near the stadium on Wednesday. The three buildings stand along the 3600 block of North Sheffield Avenue, would be replaced with a 29-unit, five-story apartment complex with 11 parking spots behind the building.
Enclave to open new coworking space in Elmhurst
Enclave, an urban co-working space organization, announced the opening of a new location in Elmhurst, Illinois later this summer. The space, which will bet he thirteenth location in the Chicagoland area located at 100 N. Addison Ave, will open in August. Elmhurst residents can sign up for a two week free trial and the new location. Enclave will be offering a special promotional rate of $100 per month for the first 15 members, with 8 offices available.
