Man Accused of Throwing Rock off Bridge Striking Car
Carleone Geno Daniels, 18, of Atlanta, is accused of throwing a large rock off a bridge onto the highway and striking the victim’s car on July 11 at 1:58 p.m. at the intersection of Factory Shoals Road and I-20 in Austell. The hood and windshield of the victim’s car were damaged, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department. Daniels is charged with reckless conduct; and criminal damage – second degree. He was arrested July 11 at 1:58 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records. Daniels was released on a $10,000 bond.
Austell Woman Accused of Stabbing
Aleah Marie Graham, 29, of Austell, is accused of grabbing the victim’s hair and then stabbing them seven times with a kitchen steak knife during an argument on July 11 at 7:30 a.m. at a residence at 173 Twin Hill Road in Austell, near the intersection of Riverside Parkway and I-20, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department. The victim suffered four puncture wounds to the back and three puncture wounds to the back of the left shoulder. There were also two juveniles present who witnessed the incident, according to the warrant. Graham is charged with aggravated assault weapon; and cruelty to children – third degree. She was arrested on July 11 at 12:30 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records. Graham remains in custody without bond.
2 Inmates Accused of Attack on Another Inmate
Elijah Tomichael Ligon, 23, of Powder Springs, and Quentez Oneal, 19, of Atlanta, are accused of working together to put the victim in a headlock and striking him in the face and body multiple times on July 11 at 9:51 a.m. at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to arrest warrants from the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office. The victim had visible red marks on the left side of his neck from the chokehold. The victim also had visible swelling on the left side of his face and visible discoloration to his ribs. He was transported to the hospital for treatment of a fractured rib, according to the warrants. Ligon and Oneal are both charged with aggravated assault strangulation; aggravated battery disfigure; and unlawful acts of violence in a penal institution. Both remain in custody without bond.
Woman Accused of Damaging Gas Station’s AC Unit
Christy Ann Cree, 39, of Lithia Springs, is accused of removing the exterior housing of an air conditioner unit and cutting a small piece of copper tubing on July 13 at 4:21 a.m. at the Chevron gas station at 3290 New Macland Road in Powder Springs, near Compton Elementary School, according to an arrest warrant from the Powder Springs Police Department. KEITHVILLE, La. - An arrest has been made in a hit-and-run crash early Thursday that claimed a man's life. Anthony Ebizie, 43, of Powder Springs, Ga., turned himself in late Thursday. He was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center for hit and run resulting in serious bodily injury or death.
Douglas County Sheriff's Office looking for missing 10-year-old
DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ga. — The Douglas County Sheriff's Office is looking for 10-year-old Taylor Rose Graham. The sheriff's office released the alert on Friday. The girl was last seen at her home, but the sheriff's office did not share when. It is unknown what she was wearing at the time.
