James Finley sentenced in domestic shooting case
KNOX COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) - A Knox County judge ruled that James Finley will serve no prison time following a guilty plea. James Finley, 22, of Vincennes Indiana, pled guilty to domestic battery by means of a deadly weapon. This comes after Finley shot his step-father in the leg, following a dispute back in 2022.
