Along with the summer slew of movies and concerts in the park, this week is filled with art events, community clean-ups and educational workshops. Artwork from local youth will be on display at the Museum of Latin Art, and youth wishing to make art of their own can attend a printmaking workshop at the Long Beach Museum of Art. Both events are on Friday. Saturday presents multiple opportunities to help clean up the community and a chance to learn about agave distilling.
